- · Unhook the top cover of the appliance by unscrewing the three screws on the back of the unit.
- · Lay unit face down and insert flat head screwdriver (or similar) in between bottom charging prongs.
- · Push flat head down and forward to unlatch top and bottom housings.
- · Make sure all screws and on/off button are accounted for.
- · Line-up the tab of the thin on/off button with the slot in the new cover. Lay rubber stopper above the button.
- · Reassemble the front part of the body making sure that all the internal components are in place.
- · Tighten the screws back into the back of the housing firmly.
- · Before using the appliance, check that the lid is secure before use.
- · Remove the drop top skeleton by sliding it out of the top housing and hook the U axis shield to prevent hair from being pulled or torn during use.
